Still had. Tree branches in the bed of the truck and glass on floor of the truck and dash pad Looks like used for a rag. And they said they would not tint my windows. WindowTint truck show up. I hope the roof don't leak. Just, open the passer door and something rattles inside there. Just clean my truck 3 out of 4 doors are scratched on top. Found more glass under passer floor mat. Check all pictures Well, finally, caliper collision of Fountain Inn.Made all the final repairs to my truck. Still nobody from anderson has reached out to me. Beware of Anderson. Update December 16,2024 wash my truck windshield leaks. On December 26th, there was supposed to be a windshield no one called me. I called Friday. No windshield. January 6 2025 windshield replaced. NO ONE CARES. Have a wet truck now.

A close family member took their vehicle to Caliber Collision for some body work repairs and they destroyed the vehicle while trying to ascertain the estimate for the owner and insurance company. They made it completely undrivable, even though the owner easily drove it to them and had been driving it for a couple of weeks since the incident occurred. And then, without the owner's permission, they had it towed to a junk yard! Do NOT use this company, they are deceitful and unscrupulous! (They deserve no stars, but 1 star is the very least allowed in order to leave a review)

Had our brand new 2024 Sentra taken here at the beginning of September after someone ran into the back left tail light and bumper while parked in Clemson. The vehicle was repaired and when we picked it up, there was a hole in the back seat, a gash in the headliner and the passenger rear door panel was loose. Looks as if when they put the rear bumper into the back seat for whatever reason, they damaged the interior. Mind you the vehicle had to be sublet out to Nissan in Greenville to calibrate the sensors, so naturally they blamed them. After going back and forth with our advisor (who ghosted us after the issue), the store manager and then the Regional manager rom September 25th to November 14th, they finally got everything together to fix their mistakes. Picked the vehicle up on the 19th of November from Nissan directly and they mentioned they couldn't get the door panel to clip back in, that it was damaged. We never thought anything of it because we could see loose clips there and thought they could just pop it back together. But no, it was damaged and now Caliber is saying it's too bad and they refuse to assist us further. Mind you, there are physical marks on the door panel where it's been pried apart. At least the seat and headliner are fixed...Moral of it all, the paint turned out well, but the damage they caused by their lack of care has been a headache for 2 months post repair. This car had 1700 miles on it and they blamed us the whole time. The car is used by a single college student who doesn't even use the back seat. Why would she pry apart her rear door panel on a brand new car? I would avoid this location and save yourself the headache.

If I could leave review with less than a star, I would. I was a returning customer from my previous experience with a different Caliber Collision location. Very disappointed with my experience this time. I never meet my service advisor. When I went to pick my vehicle the first time I was asked to sign paperwork before I even had a chance to look at the repairs. Of course the vehicle had several issues. The general manager assured me to look at my concerns and he would call me back the next business day. Even though the issues have been corrected I have not received a call back. Again would not recommend to anyone.
