Customer service here is great everyone was friendly, nikki help me with my car kept me informed as much as she could with my car and dealing with insurance. I gave 3 stars only because my car came in damaged on driver rear but my passenger rear door handle was off and cannot figure out why and no one could tell me why, (I was told the handle was on the car with they brought it outside) this was done before I even signed my car over to them. I did not like that especially when passenger side was completely fine with no damages make me think other things were done to my car without permission welp car is totaled provided pics below to clarify review

This place is great. Amber is amazing as well as the whole staff! Everyone is so kind and professional. They did amazing work on my truck and kept me informed through the whole process. I highly recommend Caliber in Easley for any body work you need done.
