Got in a fender bender just before Christmas. Right front fender and nose of car. Repaired and back in my hands New Year’s Eve morning. All Ford parts. Painted, cleaned, ready to go. Great service, outstanding communication, and excellent work. Highly recommend.

LADIES BEWARE!!! Do NOT come to this shop. They failed to repair my car 4 TIMES in a row. They failed to repair my car 8/21, 8/29, 9/19, & 10/10. I was quoted 4 days, they took 2 months. MY CAR IS STILL NOT FIXED!!! MY SERVICE ADVISOR ALSO TOLD ME CALIBER COLLISION DOESN'T HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE CAR NEVER LEFT THEIR POSSESSION 8/13-10/10. THEY ALSO DAMAGED MY BRAND NEW 2022 HONDA CR-V IN SO MANY DIFFERENT AREAS THAT WEREN'T RELATED TO THE ACCIDENT. It all started with an inaccurate receipt/estimate stating Non-OEM parts when I made it clear OEM parts were NON-NEGOTIABLE when I paid the deductible. The 1st time I was contacted my car is ready it looked like how I dropped it off. Bryan was my service advisor, he called me a liar the 2nd time he told me to pick it up & yelled at me trying to intimidate me to take my car home with damaged OEM parts installed, new damage to my car from the shop, misaligned front bumper, & a damaged impact bar. I had photos as proof the car wasn't fixed & was pointing it out with my finger to him & he still tried to make me seem like the "problem". He gaslighted me for 30 minutes straight in their parking lot. I then left the car with him once again to be repaired properly. After Bryan failed to repair my car I asked Weston the General Manager to help get my car repaired for the 3rd time. Weston ignored about everything I asked for & addressed 1 out of 9 issues. He also avoided all contact with me entirely via phone & in person when it was time for my 3rd pickup of the car on 9/19 so I never met him even though he promised to have all my concerns addressed. I got my deductible back & my car had so much new damage from being in Caliber Collisions possession since I dropped it off on 8/13. I then left the car again on 9/19, & this time the Regional Manager Michael stepped in. I was hopeful at first to actually have my car repaired FINALLY, but he proved himself to be just as unprofessional, disrespectful, non-communicative, negligent, careless, & deceitful. Michael contacted me for pickup on 10/10. The car still sustained new damage from the shop under his supervision, & the repairs were of poor quality. It only took 1 month since I left with my car 10/10 & the front bumper is already misaligned with many other issues unrelated to the accident. I was actually trying to have my car repaired again but Michael backed out of plans to allow me to have my car *actually* repaired for the 5th time. He is purposefully making it inconvenient & only wants to communicate via phone so that nothing is documented. He doesn't respond to my emails knowing my car isn't repaired. This is ongoing, nothing has been resolved since 8/13/24. I have about 42+ photos of Caliber Collisions faulty repairs & damage they caused to my car from 8/13-10/10 at their shop. I have about 8 different email threads with their employees trying to get my car REPAIRED PROPERLY. My email threads date back to 9/2/24. It's not in Caliber Collision's interest that I left an honest review about the treatment I've received, denial of their customer service existing, and failure of repair to my vehicle FOUR TIMES for the general public to see. But I am doing myself & everyone else a favor. Caliber Collision has disrespected me, humiliated me, belittled me, intimidated me, ignored me, gaslighted me, name-called me, and lied to me. This business has failed at all aspects related to their essential duty to repair my vehicle & to deliver excellent customer service. People from Caliber Collision who are aware of this are Bryan, Weston, Destini (Office Manager who is the only good employee here), Gregory (Vice President of Caliber Collision), & Michael (Regional Manager). I HAVE BEEN ASKING FOR THE CEO'S EMAIL ADDRESS & Michael has been hesitant to share it with me via email. I already emailed you Community Manager. Also confirmed EVERYTHING HAPPENED HERE AT RANCHO CUCAMONGA LOCATION.

I would highly recommend caliber collision to anybody in need of car repairs. Not only did were the repairs done to my car beyond amazing, but the customer service provided by caliber collision, especially by Julie and Eric was just as amazing. They both were extremely helpful. Julie made sure no question was left unanswered and she kept you updated in regards to the repairs being done and the time frame of when those repairs would be done! I could not be any happier with the service caliber collision provided for me! Thank you
