It's probably the worst body shop i have ever experienced. Not only did they delay my completion date 4 times, but lied about it multiple times. After they "Finished" the job on my car it had mutiple paint bubbles, parts not painted, body clips missing, and to top it off, they still did not fix everything that was damaged. I contacted my insurance and will be bringing it elsewhere to be fixed correctly. Trust me....go elsewhere.

My car looked sooo good after they were done. I did have to go back to the shop since they ordered the incorrect mirror and I noticed until I was driving home. They were super quick to order it and replace it. The staff was wonderful and the service personnel were also great!

Excellent Service and Great Work. The reason we found Caliber was the last place w/n answer their phones or return calls. Caliber answered all our questions and were spot on estimated completion date. I received updates through the entire process. Workmanship is great, I'm not seeing anything wrong. Thank You Caliber! The people at caliber did an excellent job repairing my car. It was ready within a few days of drop off. When I was going to be unable to pick it up, they brought it out to me! At the time I had a rental and they went as far as to fill it with gas and return it for me after they dropped off my car. If you need your car repaired I absolutely would 110% recommend you bring it down to caliber!

This shop was excellent! They handled the insurance repair with no delay, coordinated totally with the insurance carrier (USAA), kept us informed of progress, even helping with the rental car return, The work was excellent, the staff over-the-top friendly and helpful. This is our second experience with insurance work at a Calibre shop. The first time (in Cheyenne, WY) was great; this one even better!
