Caliber Collision

I bought my dream car a little over a year ago and a few weeks ago somebody t-boned me in a gym parking lot. They damaged the driver’s rear door and my tire / rim was pushed in and scratched which caused my alignment to be off as well. I was very sad, because my car was in mint condition. I came across Caliber Collision and they were able to bring my car back to the pristine condition it was in. The entire staff made my experience super smooth and peaceful! I basically did not have to do anything. They handled everything from the moment I dropped my car off. They arranged for me to be picked up by the car rental company and I was able to have a car rental for the entire time my car was in the auto body shop. Alan went above and beyond and made sure all the damages to my car were repaired and replaced, including my expensive rim!! He did daily check ins and informed me each day with the work that was being done to my car. A few days after I picked up my car, he followed up with me to assure that everything fixed and making sure there were no future problems. If you need any recommendations to a body shop, I choose this place because Caliber Collision is a very professional company to work with and they always make sure to do their job right! Excellent service! Attentive, went above and beyond service. Got back in a timely manner to our phone calls. Answered our questions immediately. And we received our car back a good 10 days earlier than expected! They repaired the car perfectly. You can’t even tell it had been in an accident. Even the paint job was perfect! They also dropped the car off and picked up our rental car and returned it for us. Never had such customer service as great as Stephanie and Caliber Collision did for us. this is the only place I will ever take my car to be repaired again, if necessary.

My 2022 XC90 was there for collision damage to the passenger side door. Caliber returned my vehicle with the windshield cracked halfway across the entire glass. I contacted them and was advised a manager would call me to rectify this, but they did not. I now have to get my insurance company involved to resolve this issue with Caliber. They eventually replaced the windshield, bit delivered it to me with tape on it that not only glued itself to the new windshield, but also damaged the paint. They are extremely unresponsive. I am still waiting for the manager to contact me back to bring the car back for a second time to get this resolved. A body repair shop should never deliver a car with more damage than when you dropped it off. Terrible quality control and communication.

It is quite a bummer when you're involved in an accident. I was rear ended but thankfully it was nothing life threatening. The other party involved provided me with their information and they covered it all. I've heard good things about Caliber so I gave them a try. GREAT SERVICE! From start to finish. Making the appointment to drop off my vehicle, Jazmyne went above and beyond in making sure I understand the whole process. Alan was fantastic in keeping me updated on my vehicle and answered all my questions. I'm definitely coming back to them for anything my car might need. Thank you Jazmyne and Alan for making the stress of this accident seem like no big deal.

I had a very great experience with Caliber Collision thanks to William M. He was courteous and gave a very reasonable quote - I had to pay out of pocket.
