Everyone is great. Great customer service. I got my windshield fix also bunch of Dent around the van. My Van look like new. They get the job done super fast.

If you have to use a collision repair shop, I recommend Caliber Collision in Costa Mesa. Expert service, great work, and they care about the customer. I had two insurance companies fighting over how my claim would be handled and caliber put all that commotion aside to focus on making my car look brand new again. Thank you guys!

My car was rear ended and I was nervous to take it to a repair shop that was not the actual dealership, but oh my goodness- they made my car look better than it did before! I was shocked with how wonderful of a job they did. They even cleaned it (very thoroughly) before I picked it up and it felt like driving a new car off the lot. They were communicative, prompt, and friendly. We worked with Ivan and he was great! Highly highly recommend!

Thankfully, Caliber Collision made it not just manageable but seamless from start to finish. After the other driver’s insurance approved my claim, Caliber was on it immediately. They reached out right away, reassured me that they’d handle every detail—including the rental car coordination—and got me an appointment the very next morning. From the get-go, I felt like I was in good hands. The manager, Tizoc, was straightforward and direct, which I greatly appreciated. He kept me in the loop, providing detailed updates and walking me through the repair invoice in a way that made everything easy to understand. Michael, another team member, was equally fantastic. Every time I called with questions, he was upbeat, attentive, and incredibly patient. His customer service skills were on point and helped me feel like my car was their priority.
