Calber was very helpful through the entire process. They always kept me up to date on the repairs. They estimated repairs to take 14 business days. They had it completed in 8 business days.

Adrian's communication from drop-off to completion was excellent. He ensured my wife had transportation to and from the repair shop, which was greatly appreciated. I would give five stars to Adrian. The only negative was the young lady in the front who should not work with customers. First name starts with a B. She gets easily annoyed. More listening to the customer and not jumping to conclusions. My wife made the fatal mistake of not knowing the register name of her car.

Amazing job with my car! Very satisfied and happy to see my car fixed like new. Finished a lot sooner than what I had expected. Great communication from the staff and workers. They would send me pictures and keep me informed on the updates. And explained the process with my insurance. Overall very satisfied, would recommend it to anyone.

Detailed oriented staff. Friendly, and they go out of their way to take care of their customers. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle to this location. Pretty quick turn around, too, unless a part gets backordered.
