I had an outstanding experience with California Auto Centers when I needed a new catalytic converter installed on my 2015 Jeep Wrangler. RIPOFF I was quoted just over $600 to replace the exhaust manifold gaskets that I provided. I had a leak on the passenger side. They had to extract 3 of the bolts which were broke outside of the head. They called to inform me it’s going to cost a little more which is expected. They finished up and gave me a bill for $1250. I paid them and took my truck home. Upon inspection I found that they had only changed the passenger side exhaust gasket and didn’t do the other side which I supplied the parts for. WHO JUST CHANGES ONE SIDE? My truck has 180K miles on it. They are known for this issue. I hired them to do this and they only did one side AND charged me double what I was quoted. RIPOFF

What an amazing experience. Everything from the courtesy and professionalism of everyone at the shop to the quality and impeccability of service is top notch. We needed a last minute pre-purchase inspection and not only did they fit us in same day, but went out of their way to stay late and get it done that day. And the price was half what I expected to pay! I now see why they came so highly recommended!
