From our initial contact with the sales department until the tutorial walkthrough of our new camper, the staff at Camp-A-Rama treated us with respect and genuine concern for our needs. Kind words, firm handshakes and friendly eye contact is what you can expect when you visit this dealer. All details were thoroughly explained including the nationwide lifetime warranty and what it covers. They took the time to make sure our vehicle could effectively tow our new camper and installed braking, cameras and a sound hitch. This place is absolutely amazing, very friendly and helpful. I walked in there looking at some campers and Matt Ross walked out and helped me find the perfect one that met my needs. Matt was very helpful, patient, friendly, and easy to talk to. When I went to pick up my camper after having my washer and dryer installed, Beau Schissler the senior repair technician walked me through every single feature on the camper and the complete ins and outs of it. He was also very friendly, easy to talk to, funny, informative, and patient with all my questions. This place has hands down gave me the best experience I’ve ever had with a dealership/lot (with the best prices) and I would give them more stars if I was able to!

We purchased our rv trailer from Camp-A-Rama and we are thrilled. The whole process was very stress free and we actually enjoyed it. Mr. Beau walked us through all the bells and whistles our trailer comes with. You can tell he prides himself in his work. He is very experienced and very knowledgeable with every gadget and component on all the recreational vehicles. And we are thankful he was patient with all of our questions.
