Campbell's Collision

Outstanding service. They took my truck in on a Monday. They told me it should be completed by Friday if there were no unforeseen damages. On Tuesday they found additional damage to my frame, but they felt it could be fixed and still maintain a Friday deadline. On Wednesday, they called and text me regarding status. I like being "status", especially when they contact me. Finally, my truck was ready for pick up on THURSDAY. One day earlier. Everyone I encountered were very friendly and knowledgeable. My wife and I have used Campbell's Collision in the past and will continue to use them in the future (if needed).

I recently brought my 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee to Campbell's Collision after my wife's car was hit by a deer. The team provided clear, concise communication and regular updates throughout the process. To top it off, they finished the repairs earlier than expected! I highly recommend this shop for their professionalism and excellent service.

I don't usually write a review unless I'm upset or impressed. Campbell's collusion was very impressive with their outstanding service and job quality. Highly recommendable!! Pros. - Customer service is very good (Keep you posted with updates, very friendly, provide courtesy car at no charge when delay occurs by them) - Job's done perfectly (No gap, nothing off, shine in wax) Cons. - Took longer than promised (understandable when considering it was summer vacation period, and they gave me a courtesy car so not a problem for me) +) It was a bit pricey in my opinion but not that i compared with the estimate from other shops. it maybe just that the body work itself is expensive. Expenses were covered by someone else so no issue for me.

The staff at Campbell is fantastic, from the front desk, to the folks that work with the insurance adjuster, to all the people in the shop doing beautiful work. As a family, this is our third experience with Campbell both through insurance and out of pocket and we would definitely go to them again. Great job!

I recently took my 2018 Volt to Campbells after hitting a deer on I75. My car was not badly damaged because i was able to slow enough not to deploy any air bags or break the windshield. I was able to drive 50 miles home and no fluids leaked onto my drive for the 2 weeks i had to wait for their team to return from vacation. I drove it in and was immediately cut a 5k check by my insurance company then Campbells tears the car down and says the damage is really 14k and now is considered a total loss. They say that they dont work on salvage vehicles and if i want it back i need to have 2 tow trucks come get it. Because they marked it as salvage i would have to find another repair company and have it recertified but the title will always show salvage and ill likely pay more for insurance. My guess is that someone either wanted my car or they dont have expertise to work on hybrids. I loved that vehicle and will lose the equity i paid thanks to Campbells.
