As a woman, I always worry about taking my vehicles in for service, because, I feel most places look at you and think "easy target." That did NOT happen here. My technician was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly and explained everything he was doing and treated me as though I was just as knowledgeable as he was. The final price for the work done was fair and reasonable. I will be a repeat customer.

I want to give a great Thank you to the gentleman who went out of his way to take off my flat tire, take it to his shop, put a new one on the rim and brought it back to my car and put the tire back on. His kind deed made my day🌻🌻

I've never been so pleased with an auto shop . I give them 5 stars for there honesty and even more pleased they didn't jack up the price. If your looking for a shop that does quality work and let's you know in advance what's up and goes out of there way to truly charge fair prices for their services. This is the place to go. I would highly recommend them Thank you Peter, your staff and the owner. It's nice to be confident that you've got the right mechanic an shop to work on your car. If something goes wrong on my car I trust them. My car is in good hands. Ladies there the ones you finally have found a place you can trust. Il definitely be using there services again.

Stopped in to ask questions about some preventative repair work I need to have completed. The gentleman that assisted me was friendly, patient, answered all my questions accurately and in full; provided info about certain items In order for me to complete my research. I will be going back for the repairs and check back in then! Since my initial visit, I have stopped in for additional questions. I love & appreciate that Peter is always informative and honest about the information he provides. In my limited knowledge about vehicles, I was trying to check my transmission fluid; only to find out that I have what they call a closed transmission. My car, can't be checked in the traditional sense and that it will have to be taken to a repair shop or dealership to have the transmission checked/repaired. I have gone back to keep up on my oil changes. I love that they are in our little city of Lucerne Valley but if you have to drive some; I recommend calling & asking your questions and also making an appointment. It's hard to find good, honest repair shops and people. Candelas in Lucerne Valley are definitely among the group of shops that fit that description and offer an array of services, unlike some of those other shops. Your honesty and hard work are appreciated. Thank you for being you!
