I drive a 20-year-old BMW and travel from New York to Vermont and back once a week. I had a radar detector and a phone holder and an aftermarket Bluetooth microphone set up so I could do work while I drive but there were wires everywhere driving me nuts by messing up the very good factory ergonomics of the car. Making matters worse, the aftermarket options to address the problem considered of extremely cheap Chinese stuff from Amazon that looks wrong or extremely complicated stuff from the German market that looks right. I wanted it to look right because, even though I've got almost 190,000 miles on the clock, I've kept the car OEM and clean. So I went with the overly complicated German option without a game plan to get it installed, then started poking around the area to see if there was a shop willing to take a crack at it. When I called these guys they were forthright with me. It's not the kind of work they generally do, because frequently these units are finicky and customers are quick to blame the installer. I told them I was willing to take the risk and they were able to get me in pretty quickly. I got lucky. The area of the shop where they do their work is as clean as a surgical suite. Everything they did was perfect even though my headliners are so fragile at this point that they will start to degrade if you breathe on them too hard. Everything was set up and tested and they gave me a detailed explanation of which aspects of the system were user friendly and which aspects would require me to review the manual. There were a lot of little things that they did right, but the one that impressed me most wasn't even related to the primary job. I was the last customer on a Friday evening, and as they were showing me where the wiring was run, I casually mentioned that I had been frustrated by my own inability to properly replace the boot on the handbrake, because I can't find the right size of zip tie. In less than 30 seconds, they produced said strangely-sized zip tie from their inventory of interior parts from the last 30 years, and in less than 5 minutes, they attached it and put the boot back in place without charging me a cent.

This place is fantastic! Came highly recommended by my mechanic and definitely lived up. Danny was incredibly helpful from the moment I walked in. He and the team went above and beyond in updating/upgrading the stereo in my 50 year old car. When they found they were able to install bigger and better speakers than anticipated, they did so without charging extra. Job was done same day, completely seamless and tasteful, and very reasonable. These are your guys.

Danny was extremely helpful and clearly knowledgeable. He was patient with the issue I was having and was very willing to help and ultimately solved my problem. The shop was immaculate and Danny and his partner were fair and professional.

Called Caps Audio a few days Before Labor day to have My Boat Stereo Upgraded and set up properly. They were extremely polite and Helpful even with there busy schedule came down to my Boat and looked it over and gave me an estimate I already had purchased new marine speakers and Head Unit... The next day I approved the estimate and they started the work. After a full day it was done. Amazing job !!!! I was Blown away!!! the workmanship is fantastic! Better then the factory could ever do. They cleaned up all the wiring that was Messed up by the previous owner which looked like a rats nest. you cant even see the wiring now... Best part is they also made it expandable and ready for me to add more amps and subs when I am ready but as of now this thing Bumps even over 60 mph on the water

Super professional! What an amazing job! I brought in my 1966 Ford Bronco to have speakers installed. I asked that the speakers not be visible. Well they did such a good job that I couldn't find them! Not even one screw or wire was visible. The owners Frank and Danny are perfectionists. I couldn't be happier. If I could give 10 stars I would!
