I had a great experience with Anchor! From scheduling the estimate to picking up my car, the communication was seamless. Danny and Amberlee were fantastic at keeping me updated, even sending pictures along the way. The front staff was also very helpful during checkout. I especially appreciated the car wash – my car looked as good as new! Highly recommend this shop for their efficiency, great customer service, and quality work.

Overall, had a very positive experience with my car. Front desk is very cheery and customer oriented. I got an estimate right before the holidays, so communication got a bit lost, but Tom (owner) stepped in and got things moving. Car was delivered clean and perfectly repaired.

I loved this place. They were fast did a great job on my car when I picked it up it was detailed inside and out nice and shiny!! They kept me updated on the work even sent pics. The young girl in the front was awesome. Because of her kindness down to earth personality I picked Anchor to fix my car, and not just for the free quote!! Thank you Anchor!! AND they left me a thank you card with a mint!! If my car gets hit again I will go back!!

Anchor Auto Body was first rate. Excellent communications throughout the process. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Worked directly with my insurance company. No issues what so ever. They even finished earlier than expected saving me rent a car fees. The work was first rate - looks like nothing ever happened.

Great quality repairs, honest, and on time. This is my second time using Anchor Auto body. They were very responsive and kept me informed every step of the way. I had gotten quotes from a couple of other places, but those places we're not very good about returning my messages. Anchor was on top of everything, and sent me email updates every day about the status of my repair. They finished it a few days before the estimate, and they went above and beyond to thoroughly clean the inside and outside of my car before they gave it back.
