Car Care Plus: Polaris

Thank goodness that I have AAA. My radiator on my car busted, so I had my car towed to Car Care Plus on a Monday night. They got back to me the following Thursday to let me know what was wrong with it & gave me a quote. I was surprised that it took 2 days for that, but the guys were great!! Our car was ready the following Tuesday. So, the car was at the shop for a week. I'm not sure if that's a normal timeline or not, but the car is running well. We were happy with the service that we received. Hope this doesn't upset anyone, but it's just my honest review.

Andre at AAA Car Care is amazing! My car got towed to the shop over night, and he called me 10 minutes after they opened the next morning to check in and let me know when he would have time to look at my car. He got to it two days before expected, and sent me a very comprehensive vehicle report for me to look at and then discuss my options. He had my car done very quickly and was amazing at communicating throughout the time my car was there. He took the time to explain prices and breakdown of each thing he recommended. 10/10!

I don’t recommend this place. Customer service is very poor. Don’t buy or fix brakes at this place. They have a poor company brakes which makes noise. When I complaint and shared audio recording’s of the noise, they took my vehicle for the whole day and come up saying we can’t hear anything schedule and come other day was the response I received. They wasted my time, lost so much money for cabs , I am a Uber driver lost that days business. I had to schedule a different date to fix this again , again lost money for cabs and lost business that day finally they replaced . This time another new issue, they mess up my cruise control program and when asked received an arrogant response from Adair Andre that go and check with dealer. Again wasted my time and went to dealer . Again asked a different agent then again they took the vehicle and reprogrammed the codes . Without even checking their faults they are simply giving irresponsible answers . I will give zero stars.

I am an AAA member who had a problem with my car not starting. The gentleman on the phone helped me troubleshoot the issue. They are AAA rated shop for repairs. Very helpful would recommend anybody to go.
