Katzkin scheduled my leather seat installation with Car Spa sure fit so I drove over there and I walked in Car Spa was greeted by Dave and another gentleman, I felt welcome and Dave was friendly, caring and professional. He explained the difference types leather and how to take care of it, he even got me seat installed four days before the original installation date. I am very happy with Dave and Car Spa SURE FIT and I will keep in mind should i need anything else for truck. Thank you very much DAVE!

Seth and Sam were great. They installed a backup camera on my 22-year-old car. High quality installation. They didn't try to upsell me on a more expensive system. Work was done promptly. They were very responsive via email and calls and texts. They fixed an electrical problem that the car dealer could not, enabling me to use an FM Bluetooth transmitter and to listen to music from my phone. I highly recommend them. Could have gone the extra mile but fell short. Disappointed. This is the company that the Toyota dealership used to replace my factory cloth seats to leather. the dealership would not give me any details on what I would be getting they just said it would look factory. so before my install date I contacted this company and asked them questions. I wanted leather but I didn't want to loose the flair or accents in the design that matched my truck. One guy said tough luck and then another employee contacted me and said it would not be a problem and was going to make sure he intercepted the order and make the corrections to make sure i was going to get what I was wanting. even if I had to pay some more money. I agreed I would. he made me feel good about my upgrading purchase at the time. and if he would have told me there was any kind of problem with it I would have delayed the install date or canceled to find somewhere else. But he assured me it would be no problem. a week later I drop my truck at the dealership. Car spa picked it up and installed my new seats. when I got my truck back and finally got to see my seats. My heart hit the floor.. instant disappointment. Now in their defense the seats looks installed well and nice. . but did not deliver the factory flair or accents. they look like plain Jane seats that could be in anything. if I knew this is what i would be stuck with I would have definitely cancel my order... get my money back from the dealership and found a company who wanted to do it the way I wanted. I am now going to have to live with these seats in my brand new truck for years and years. I have reached out to the company via email and phone to find out why happened and why they didn't do what they said they would do. and why didn't tell me they couldn't do it before my installation. Below is the pictures of my old factory seats and then the now leather. even though the leather is nice. it does not match the attitude that the original ones have. I wish I never changed them. they said is was going to be like factory..... but I have seen factory leather.... and it has the color. its a small detail that really make a big statement. But more importantly then just not getting what I want (which I was very clear about what I was looking for). is the customer service and the follow though. don't tell the customer that you are going to take care of them, and then once you have the money for the job, drop the ball not do what you said you were going to do.. and not even give me a heads up. and then afterwards when I inquire about why you didn't do what you said you were going to do. I get no any return calls or emails.

Just spoke with someone who was very rude, unprofessional... I would steer clear of this business if you want good customer service as well as service provided to your vehicle. BTW I'm speaking from experience because I have had service done by then, and now I need them to check it out, because the remote starter is not working correctly on my car. I was just hung up on. You've been warned, proceed at you own risk. I'm sure their is other businesses that can provide the same service with professionalism and GOOD service.

If you’re looking to get any work done on your car including back up camera install, upgraded speaker system with subs, amps, speakers or even upgraded leather seats with seat heaters, this it the place to go! Dave and his team have been excellent! Dave is very responsive and quick. The prices are more than fair especially for the quality of work they put into their craft. My experience for turnaround is same day so super convenient. If there is any type of service I need I will always check with Dave and his crew at Car Spa prior to going anywhere else! Goal: Install aftermarket search heaters in my car. Seth was courteous at all times when we had to reschedule several times because of snowy road conditions. When I was finally able to get there, early AM, Seth shared with me a small café where I could get breakfast & wait for the job to be done. Once complete, the technician explained how the new heaters worked. He showed me where and how to use the on/hi & low/off switches were. All in all, it was a great & pleasant experience. And BEST, I had a warm behind & back on the way home! 😊👍
