FINALLY! I have tried to find someone to fix my 1999 Chevy Corvette and nobody has given me the full diagnostic. Bruce at Carlax did a full diagnostic on my car and found all the issues that should have been detected with previous inspections. I have never felt so safe with a mechanic. After being taken advantage of in the past, honesty is very important to me. Bruce showed me EVERYTHING, with photos, that needed repairing on my car, and he EXPLAINED why. After the repairs, he saved all the parts that were removed and showed me their condition. He gave me before and after photos of the work. When I drove my car away, I could literally feel the difference. I am so grateful and satisfied with Carlax. Nobody else will ever touch my vehicles as long as Carlax is around. If you’re looking for trusted mechanics, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Carlax. They are AMAZING! Thank you, Carlax, for taking such good care of me.

Carlax did a great job on a tune-up on my Mustang. They were able to get me in in a timely fashion. Tina was wonderful in explaining all my repair options and was in communication through the entire repair. I would highly recommend Carlax!
