I went with a issue with my car after the recent Helena storm. There was no power anywhere around. Tony still welcomed me and made me feel comfortable.Tony and his crew were very professional and caring. I felt like my car issues were addressed and fixed. Will be going back there when I need repairs.

Honestly one of the best shops I've ever used. I recently moved to Greenville and was anxious to find a new shop. The team at Carolina Automotive Service was able to fit me in the same day I called after identifying an issue with my car. Their analysis was thorough and done in a timely manner with an extremely reasonable price quote. They fixed my car within the same day and the issue seems to have been resolved. As a woman, it can often be intimidating to visit an automotive shop. The owner and shop manager went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and explained things in a respectful and informative manner. They even offered to drive me to work so I didn't have to Uber after I dropped my car off. Their willingness to go the extra mile cemented them in as my go to shop in Greenville. If you need any work done on your car I cannot recommend this shop enough.

I went to Carolina Automotive Service of the Upstate for a tune up and an oil change. They were kind and fast and informed me I actually wouldn’t need a tune up until I’m nearing 100,000 miles which saved me money. They were incredibly knowledgeable and all of them just served with a smile! I will be back for any other issues/needs with my car. Thanks so much!
