I have had a 10/10 experience working with Angel at Carpio Audio. He was extremely helpful in sharing knowledge and guiding me to the best option when I was looking for a sound system for my 2016 Chevy Silverado. Not only did he provide quality work and products with amazing warranties, but also was able to get it done in one day, as I came from over an hour away. He gives quality rare to find these days and at such a great price!! Definitely will work with him again for any all my future projects!

I seldom write reviews for any business, but when I do it is extremely warranted. I'm not super literate when it comes to car audio. I just wanted to sound nice. So before heading to Carpio I've called around getting quotes, what brand is being used, and turn around time. Majority of those calls being what I thought was a good deal, to finding out I was being upsold with an amazon brand subwoofer with poor reviews, or just having flat out terrible customer service and not wanting to deal with over the phone quotes or give any advice or guidance. Carpio Audio Car was going to be my last call of the day before I tried other Businesses open during the week days only. Angel the owner answer my call right away. Off the bat Angel was extremely understanding and helpful. I told him my needs which he assessed and provided the recommended the proper upgrades. What was awesome of him is that at one point I mentioned I was thinking about also doing an 4 channel amp and see if it would be better but he said himself he doesn't want to upsell any of his customers. He recommended I just do the low profile sub with a built in amp, and see if it does the job instead of blowing more than $1000 right away and realizing I didn't need all of that work done. Very hard to find these types of business owners anymore. One side note is that if you plan to wait there at his business, the waiting room has food and drinks for you while you wait. Another worry I had was quality of work. When Angel was done everything was very tidy. I would say I has some OCD because I like certain things organized and symmetrical and he installed everything in my eyes, perfectly. There were no scratches to any trim of the car or any overly exposed wires. Everything was hidden very well. Once nice edition was before stalling the subwoofer knob, he asks you where you would prefer it installed instead of just flat out installing it somewhere random. Once everything was done, Angel does give you a limited warranty with the workmanship he provided as well as the product itself. Over all my experience has been amazing and would personally recommend him to all my family and friends. A++

I have an old truck, it's easy to break into. After a couple times I put it in the driveway. Homeless druggies went after it there too so I decided to get an alarm. The owner was very helpful in offering different types of alarms and helping me choose the right one. The alarm has a kill switch and push button lock/unlock which I also wanted so that was a bonus. The install is very clean, really happy with that. Fast, knowledgeable, reasonable price. Definitely recommend this place

I am very glad to have came to Carpio Audio and alarm. His prices were affordable and the service was amazing. Installed a Compustar T13 security system on my 2023 Hellcat and as well as some door lights that I had brought in for request. The owner was really helpful, and he actually cared about my needs. If you’re in the area and you dont shop from them, most definitely your loss.
