I brought my car in to CarPoint after it was hit while parked overnight outside my home. They made the process so easy for me. Specifically, Jakub worked with the other driver’s insurance to expedite getting my car repaired and ensuring it was done in the time I was allotted a rental for. When I got my car back it was beautiful, better than before it was hit. Jakub’s attention to detail is impeccable. I have used other shops in the past and I can say that CarPoint’s service far surpasses others. I cannot say enough about how impressed I was with the whole process. I was coming home for Thanksgiving weekend and my car was in a need for a new serpentine belt. Service was great! Took care of my car with no issues and was reasonably priced! Highly recommend who ever needs anything done with their car. Very professional and helpful!! Thank you!!
