Carquest Auto Parts

Dishonest people. I do not suggest doing business with them. They ordered a part from us off of eBay, requested a return stating that our part was bad (we automatically approve those returns - no questions asked). We provide all return shipping labels and this company returned their old part back to us. The item arrived broken and looked nothing like our eBay listing pictures (no identifying marks and plastic housing a different color). Sad that people out there are willing to do this to other small businesses when we were nothing but accommodating in a return process. Unfortunately eBay doesn't allow us to withhold full payment in return cases due to "he said she said transactions". Not only are we out of our original part, but also shipping charges both ways to this place. I am happy to remove this review upon receiving our part back or full payment from you guys. But our efforts in doing so has already failed as you have ignored our eBay messages.

I had no idea there was a UPS access drop off location near me when I googled. This was my first time returning anything so was worried I wasn't going to process correctly. Joe explained to me how to and helped me with making sure I put correct label and taped it all up for me. Very friendly he and other lady there working that morning. I left feeling at peace knowing Joe assisted me and everything handled properly and professionally. I will for sure recommend people I know this way. Thank you Joe 👍
