My mother needed assistance with her car today in the morning, and Dave did a fantastic job and helped both of us so much! Solved the problem very quickly and was very nice and positive, making her happy during an uneasy period. She and our pup Leo are very grateful and will definitely be back if assistance is ever needed!:)

Very disappointed in the service. I brought my vehicle in acouple months ago. I asked them to fix a few things. 1 thing was the fact that my brakes have been squeaky for months. They ensured me they dud the work and found no more squeaking, I left the parking lot and my brakes still squeak. Fast forward to today. I go to pick up my car from them as it wouldn't start yesterday. I get a call from Steve who says it's the battery, they over charge me!! And then when I pick my car up the check engine light is on. I go back inside to say something about this. As to which they tell me I didn't ask them to check that. Are you freaking kidding me!!! Why did I even bring my car here. Are you not a mechanic? They didn't even have the balls to tell me the check engine light was on. Now I have to find somewhere to take my car to find out why my check engine light is on. Complete incompetence.

One of the worst places to take your car! They are overpriced, they pad the quotes, which I actually have a printed quote with different prices for the same service, which is proof they manipulate their quotes and try to squeeze more money from you. They add replacement of parts when I specifically told them NOT to replace the part, but they went ahead anyway and add the piece to build up the price. I used them once before and found the work on my headers was shoddy when a different mechanic discovered the problem and said that the bolts and covers were not put on correctly. This place may have been good in the past, but not currently. I find their service sucks and the charge to look at the problem. I'm done with them!! And, as a technology specialist they will try to counter this review to keep their ratings high, but I have proof of everything I wrote in this review. DON'T TRUST THEM!

Mark and his team of professionals have been providing me and my family services for 40 years. This visit required exhaust replacement. The problem was well analyzed, parts ordered and replacement service scheduled and performed. All without a hitch. 40 years of consistent professional service!
