My tesla model 3 had small accident where bumper had deep scratches and fender needed replacement. Insurance gave me few shops where I can take my car for repair. I chose CARSTAR as it was closer to my house. Every shop was suggesting that it would take two weeks for repair. When I was about to drop a car, I realized that I don’t have rental for the period of repair. So i talked CARSTAR to find out if they can optimize repair time so that I don’t need to borrow or rent a car for two weeks. CARSTAR agreed and told me to bring the car back in a week when they will have all parts and can focus on my car to finish it in a week. And they did. Amazing customer service.

CARSTAR Auto in San Jose were very efficient in dealing with my car issue. I drop my car monday then wedsday they called me to pick it up. The team was very helpful especially Noemi. Im very satisfied with my experience with them.

Overall excellent service and great quality of work. They are very easy to work with. We went here for repairs after a collision and they did a great job fixing it as if nothing had happened. They also kept us informed of all developments frequently and were prompt to address all our questions/concerns. Went above and beyond by working on our car during the holiday break and ensured we got our car back before the break. I’d recommend this place for your vehicle repairs.

I have to go back to fix the paint and the hood alignment. It’s the whole front clip of the car. Bumper repair should have been a replacement of the front clip. Can still see damage and artifacts from damage. They put over 80 miles on my car for a calibration they said they did in SF. They said it was a one way trip? After I took my vehicle back I found out there was a roll of tape smashed under the hinge of the hood. That fixed the alignment issue. I left the car there to install an aftermarket spoiler that was damaged in the accident, they didn’t paint it right color and got tons of overspray and the side my Camaro. It was raining te day I picked it up. Also the screw s they used to secure the spoiler were to short and it almost fell off. I had to take it to another shop to have it done right.

Taken my tesla here twice now for body work. One was a fender bender (my fault) and another was a minor dent and scratch, no idea where it came from but I suspect a rogue shopping cart. Both times my car was fixed beautifully! Paint blended well and looked like new. They also gave it a nice little clean inside and out each time which is like a cherry on top of already great work. They are certified with Tesla as well for repairs. Shout out to Roger for helping me navigate the process and expectations!
