This is the worst place to take your car, no quality in their work. I took in my Tesla for a body shop repair. My Tesla was handed to me after the repairs and I just trusted them that everything was good. A couple of weeks later I found out that my back up sensors was not working, trunk open indicator not working, trunk light not working, left rear reverse light not working—all of these was previously working before I turned in my car for repairs. Now they want to blame these problems on a TESLA RECALL since they are not capable of fixing it. I checked with Tesla, entered my cars VIN number and there are no recalls on my car. They can’t fix the discrepancies that they created and now they want to pass the problem to Tesla. I will never recommend this place—stay away from CARSTAR!

Giving it a four because we attempted to pick up our Tahoe multiple times when we got the call stating it was ready but each time we went, we found things that were not fixed. However, the GM Pedro was a great help and accommodating and after over a month, we finally have our car back and it looks brand new. Thank you Pedro!
