All I can say is that this place is top notch and in a category all it's own. It's stressful enough to go through an insurance process then you have the fear of selecting a shop where they won't perform good work or will hike the repair prices sky high, not CS Brooklyn Auto Solutions. They are Profesional and knowledgeable. They take pride in the smallest to the biggest of issues. The staff at the front desk are friendly and personable. The techs at the back use state-of-the-art equipment and computers to ensure in my opinion that everything lines up perfectly. The body work superb the paint job just like from the manufacturer during production. My vehicle looks just like it did when I purchased it. The parts replaced match up no gaps between the fender or quarter panel. No cheap replacement parts either. They go straight to your vehicle make/model. I mean I can't say better things about this establishment you can tell that they take pride in what they do and the work they perform, and I am truly grateful for that and for their hard work. It's my 2nd time using CS Brooklyn Auto Solutions and if ever I need repairs (hope not) i will again be rite at their door.

My experience was a good one, 2021 Serious damage I took my car to CARSTAR. My car was looked at Buy one of the techs mechanics I was told the procedure what had to be done. I dropped my car off just a few days later and a few days later I got the phone call. My car was ready for pick up not even a week. I was very surprised, and when I saw it, I just couldn’t believe. I recently received my car back from CARSTAR Brooklyn Auto Solutions after having serious rodent damage and I am 100% impressed with the services I received! Tamara, Zika & Dwayne made a stressful situation a very smooth, easy process for me and I couldn’t be more grateful. From the day I dropped my car off to them up until the day I received it back, they kept me updated throughout the entire process, even communicated directly to my insurance company and the rental company for me.
