CARSTAR City Auto Body

My car was unfortunately scratched up a few weeks ago, and before the offenders insurance reached out with a list of body shops they were contracted with my dad recommended this place to get an estimate and was pleased with how clean and professional everyone here was, and was pleasantly surprised when this shop was on the partnered list. Everything went smoothly, they worked well with Enterprise when I came in to drop my car off and get my rental, and not only was the work was done pretty fast, they cleaned my car very well! Hopefully I never have to come to a body shop again but if I do, wouldn’t mind coming back here at all.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this shop and the people who work here. I was dealing with a nightmare regarding my car and CARSTAR City Auto Body was there to help me every step of the way. They made everything easy, from drop-off, to updating me, to pick-up. Everything! They even washed my car and had it detailed for me when I came to pick up my car! Ray was SO kind, very professional and always kept me informed about what was going on. Marissa at the front desk was also so sweet and very easy to talk to. Overall such a GREAT team and I 100% trust them with my car and will be recommending them to everyone I know for all their auto repair needs. A+++!!!

We have been using this shop for years, and every time I go there for work I'm reminded of why we continue to use them...the shop has just been great for us. Everyone that we've had contact with has been friendly, professional, and knowledgeable when it came time to have work done our vehicles. Whether being repainted for peeling paint, minor body work and paint from being rear ended, or installing new body trim parts, everything has gone smoothly. The last couple of times we've been there, Kevin was our service writer, and he is a true pleasure to work with. Very upfront about what to expect for our different jobs, and he kept things working smoothly so we could meet whatever timelines we were confronted with. Thanks Kevin! All in all, we have been very happy coming here. Thank you very much for the work.

A member of our family was in an accident and we were recommended through our insurance. It is never fun to deal with this process. From the representative at the front desk to the initial review of damages and charges everyone was respectful and detailed. They repaired our vehicle to look and run just as it was prior. There were no surprises and they communicated in a manner to keep us informed throughout the process. Then we had the side mirror damaged, just glass broken. I was able to order the part but was unable to install i was afraid I'd break it. I called them and brought it down and within 2min it was fixed. Awesome Customer Service and great work. I would recommend giving them an opportunity help and serve you as well.

Couldn't say anything negative about my experience with CARSTAR City. Went in to have my door handles, and side mirrors replaced due to paint chipping. Tony helped me and was completely transparent with the process and fees. Even saved me a pretty penny due to some parts being way too overpriced and instead found an alternative solution which worked out even better. Made a customer for life. And recommend anyone else to use CARSTAR City auto body shop for their car troubles and needs.
