Albert took really good care if me. I had a dent in my model S nose, they had a replacement. The office scheduled me a few weeks out, but Albert called me and projected the job get done in a few days. They also cleaned my car, it was a pleasant surprise. They really hustle and put the customer first.

I recently had my Tesla Model 3’s headlight and bumper repaired, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received! The price was incredibly reasonable, and the quality of the work was excellent. After the repairs, all of my Tesla’s features were functioning perfectly, and the car was returned to me even cleaner than before, which was a pleasant surprise. I was truly impressed with the attention to detail and professionalism. If I ever have any issues with my car in the future, I will definitely be returning to this shop. Highly recommend this Tesla-certified body shop near Santa Maria! 👍

Very friendly staff. Had my car in and out within a few days, shorter wait than I expected. My car looked brand new again. Would definitely use again if needed and would refer to friends as well.

CARSTAR handled my claim efficiently and quickly. They kept me informed on the details Of the work needing to be done and communicated with my insurance company and the rental car company. I loved that I could drop my rental car off at CARSTAR when picking up my car and they took care of that too! The work was perfect. Can’t tell there was ever any damage! I fully recommend CARSTAR.

The work looks amazing, the shop did a great job 10/10. The only negatives I have is with Tesla and getting parts. Lastly, the shop kept our car uncovered in their lot disassembled for 6 months. There was a lot of dirt and debris in our car. They did detail it and it looks brand new. Overall a very happy customer.
