I cannot recommend CARSTAR enough. After being hit by a reckless driver just a few weeks before the holidays, I was distraught. My first accident in my new car of less than a year, I had no idea what to expect with repairs. My insurance company recommended CARSTAR since they were nearby to my new home. From the very beginning the team was communicative, patient and understanding. I emailed at least once a week looking for updates and was given immediate responses from Marty. Marty was thorough in all of his explanations as to what parts were coming in and when. Even on Christmas Eve he provided updates. I had received a call that my car was ready 2 weeks before the estimated date, which is unheard of. When I went to pick my car up, everyone was so nice and walked me through what was replaced. My car looked brand new and was returned to me in perfect condition. I am so thankful for Marty and his team for going above and beyond. If you are looking for a reliable spot, these are the hands you want your car in.

I can’t sing enough praises about Carstar. They communicated weekly updates without me having to reach out. The car was finished by the estimated time. The employees were so helpful every step of the way and even installed my carseats for me. If I ever have another car accident I am coming right back.

My car insurance sent me here. Worst decision I have made in my life. Poor communication from car shop did not repair my vehicle fully, I was rear ended in a car accident and this shop was to fix and repair damages and they did just the opposite. My car came back with water damages from sitting in the car shop parking lot for months and Shop kept ordering used backlight parts that did not work after several attempts to get my vehicle fixed. They Gave me the runaround and put blame on the car insurance and pocketed Insurance money and left my car with backlight damages and water damages. Please, anyone who values their vehicle and values good customer service. Please do not come to the shop and save your hard earned time and money.

Great experience working with CARSTAR Island Automotive & Collision. I had a minor accident and CARSTAR was one of the recommended auto body shops. They were easy to work with to coordinate drop off, Amber welcomed me to the shop, and Pete explained what needed to be done. The process was seamless.

My car insurance sent me here. Worst decision I have made in my life. The car was nit ready when I was told, firat they email me saying my car will be ready at the middle to end of the week, it was not. Marty then told me my car was in a previous accident which it never was, and that that is why theu can't match the paint. The car is a standard car color off the lot. To which they are trying to add yet another week.Julie is equality as rude and unprofessional as Marty. While she refused to guve me my car back i said ibwould call the police, Julie then mocked me about calling them and laughed offering me a chair to wait for them. I will never bring a car here, or any Car Star repair shop again.
