Fantastic work! I recently brought my 2024 Kia Sportage to them for repair after a collision. Their front desk staff were kind and courteous, their estimator was very thorough and professional and their repair work is unbelievable! They kept me updated on each stage of the process, and made awesome accommodations for pickup once it was done. I cannot stress this enough, the quality of the repair is fantastic, my car is BETTER than new! 6/5 ⭐️ Hopefully I’m not in need of repairs any time soon but if I am, I’ll be doing business with them again!

You guys are the worst .. you dont even want to acknowledge the damage you did to my car . I have tried calling you 100 times no response so far. When i went to report my concern and meet with manager you said she is in lunch and dong know when she will be back.. what is this?? Which level of service is this U replied that its weather i have attached picture of 25 nov when my car was in ur facility before i picked up on nov 28 and theres no crack but when i went there on 28 there was crack so u mean that entire month of nov when my car was in ur facility the crack was not there and when i came to pick it up miraculously a stone hit my windshield and its crack.. who are you making fool ur costumers or urself??? I font recommend this place ever where u dont even own ur mistake and blame on weather stone etc …

My experience at Don Mor CARSTAR London Centre was amazing. Everyone was courteous, professional and helpful -throughout the process of getting an estimate for the repairs to the completed work. My repairs were done in a timely manner and were actually finished 3 days prior to the estimated date. I also appreciated the updates on the work that was being done. When I received m y car, I noticed that not only had my car had an exterior wash, but the interior had also been cleaned.Thank you to everyone at Don Mor CARSTAR for making my experience so smooth and stress free!
