Great place. Great people. We had 2 of our cars rear ended less than a year apart. They looked after everything. From helping us get the rental, to keeping us informed on the progress, to answering our questions (Thanks Dave). To getting our car back earlier than expected. (And nicely detailed.) That was a nice surprise. 👌 we would recommend them for sure.

I pick up my 2019 toyota rav4 from carstar autobody shop london last october 30 because they're done the repair. But after i drop off the rental car to the enterprise I notice a small chip on my right side windshield. I went back to the carstar to asked how and what happened why it got chip. I talked to John Lehman the person who repaired my car he said, he checked the pictures they had, and claimed it’s a stone chip and originally there, but I know my car doesn't have any chip when we drop off in the shop. I asked him if i could see the pictures where he's claiming about the chip. I checked it, and i don't see any chip but still insisting and pointing to those pictures that the small chip is there, but it's clearly no chip. he even said that it's covered by the reflection of the clouds on the photo. What an excuse I am not blind not to see it. He also said, Oh this picture is one week later after you drop off the car. You supposed to have a pictures of the car before you touch or start the repair for documentation not falsely claiming that my windshield had that small chip already. And making me sound lying about it. How i wish I have read reviews first before trusting you my car. I have read some reviews about you john you used to do this as well to the previous costumers cover things up. It wasn’t nice how long you’ve been working here you supposed to have a professionalism and integrity on your work. If you need to watch the cctv during the repair i don't care because i know there's no chip on my windshield. What if it got chip during the repair. And he said he wont repair it. My insurance reach out to him, and now telling me as well it’s a stone chip and not claim related. So who will be responsible for it now? I won’t pay extra cost especially I know that chip didn’t happen on my care. I brought my car to that autobody shop as my insurance recommended now both parties won’t deal with it.Trying to reach out about this. And didn’t get any response. I did not expected this. It's okay if it’s just a scratch I will let it go but it's my windshield. You know guys I won't argue or having this conversation if you just answered me with honesty about the chip on the windshield. I don't drive in a rough road area for you guy's to claim it's a stone chip. Your Auto body shop is not recommendable! John thank you for fixing and touching up my car and finished it before the date is supposed to be done, but you did no good. The left fender is not aligned. There’s a big gap between the hood and fender compared to the right-side. And dust on the clear coat it’s rough when you touch it. I will attached the photos for you to see. Gladly, the insurance pay for it but what if you are the customer and you paid $$$$$$ much money for repair and you get this kind of treatment and service you think you will be happy? Of course not. Do not worry I can bring my car to an auto glass shop to be repair. I just want to let you know how horrible your service is.

The front driver side of my vehicle was crushed and the fender pushed back making the door difficult to open. The bumper and fender required replacement and/or repair before being painted. When I got the car back, I could not tell there had been any damage. The colour match was perfect. An unexpected bonus was that the interior of the vehicle had been detailed. This was the third instance during the past few years that I have required this type of service on one of my vehicles after they were damaged by other drivers colliding with them. All three of these repairs were done at one of the local Carstar outlets. I would happily recommend Carstar as the place to have any car restored. There were a couple of very minor negative conditions. The daytime running lights were not working but were easily remedied as the connector had not been fully inserted. This was corrected within 15 minutes of my return to Carstar to report the problem. Also, the preprogrammed stations on the radio were missing and the clock was showing the incorrect time as the battery had gone flat while sitting outside while waiting for parts to be delivered. Both of these were easily fixed by myself.

Carstar and the team really went above and beyond to make my repairs a seamless experience. Pat up front was great and also big shout out to John and Andrew and the whole team that worked on my truck. I would highly recommend this place for anyone in need of repairs.

Carstar did an outstanding job repairing my car! They worked quickly and efficiently, making the entire process very convenient for me. Their customer service was absolutely amazing—friendly, professional, and attentive every step of the way. They also handled everything seamlessly with my insurance, which made things even easier. I couldn’t be happier with the experience and highly recommend Carstar to anyone in need of quality auto repairs!
