Updated Review (November 2024): Just returned to this shop for another fix on my Model 3, and once again, it was an outstanding experience! Huge thanks to my specialist, Mark, who was incredibly knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. He kept me updated almost daily via iMessage and was very accommodating with my travel schedule. Like last time, I claimed through the other party’s insurance, so I can’t speak to the pricing. Overall, I highly recommend this place if you’re looking to repair your Tesla (which can be a bit fragile, unfortunately). The shop has also recently been renovated—check out the new photos I’ve shared! Original Review (2023): This is an amazing car body shop for Teslas. I came in for a minor front bumper repair, and Jessica managed to get it done within the same week, fitting perfectly into my travel plans. Since insurance covered the cost, I can’t comment on pricing. The staff has a great attitude and positive energy—I even saw technicians singing and being super responsive to requests. The location is convenient for DTLA and Koreatown, though the surrounding neighborhood is a bit modest. I’ll definitely be back if needed. P.S. This review is genuine and unsolicited. Oh, and they have an ice maker—a big plus during summer!

I recently got my Mercedes CLA 250 fixed here after a random person ripped the Mercedes emblem and metal lining off my parked car. I experienced very nice customer service, speedy repairs, and a like new car upon pickup. Super pleased with my experience. Would recommend and would return!
