Took my car on Friday and was ready in a week, not only did they do a great job on fixing my car they washed my car the rims and the inside interior was also vacuumed and wiped down and smelled like cherry ❤️ they were very professional & friendly, I would highly recommend Carstar Westside collision to anyone looking for an efficient professional friendly collision repair shop that doesn't take forever to get you back on the road.

I would HIGHLY avoid this body shop. As a certified aircraft mechanic, I ensure that I stay on top of my vehicle’s maintenance and that my car has no problems whatsoever. That being said, I brought in my 1 year old car with ZERO mechanical/electrical issues to have a minor fender bender repaired. (Was recommended here by the person’s insurance agent responsible for the damages). Waited a week for the work to be completed only for my car to be returned with all of the error codes on. My car was very unsafe to drive and I returned it for them to fix it. I had to leave my car for another week only for them to leave it with a braking issue that it never had before. They do not want to be responsible for the issue my car is now having. STAY AWAY if you don’t want your car to be returned with mechanical/electrical issues.

Extremely kind and professional staff. they somehow got my car back to me looking better than before my accident😂. Despite minor setbacks that are common in that kind of work they are very accommodating.

I recently was rear ended. I took my car to the body shop my insurance recommended. They were very impersonal. After receiving their estimate I was told by my agent that they didn’t want to repair my vehicle because of its age. In a way I was relieved because of how I was treated. I asked my agent if I could take my car to Carstar. Unfortunately I had been hit in the past and I used Carstar before. The estimate the other place gave was about half of what it cost to repair my vehicle. Take a look at the before and after shots. I was hit so hard I had a gap in the trunk lid. It looks like new. I also got my vehicle back quickly. I’m very happy.

After being in my first car accident, I had heard from people that shops tend to take forever to repair vehicles. That did not happen to be the case with Carstar Westside collision. They were super fast and even fixed a scratch on my car that didn’t occur from my accident as a courtesy. Seeing my car be in perfect condition after taking a bad hit was such a relief. Leo is the best and definitely will take care of you if you end up having to go and see him.
