If you ever want rude customer service call and ask to speak with Dennis. He will show you rude service. Don’t even waste your time going here. I’m so mad I did, NEVER again.

Dennis is the worse!!! Had my car for two days before my insurance reached out to me saying he needed more info! But while I was there he told me I was good to go and everything was good. When I called and ask why didn’t he say anything when I was there he claims he told me but why would I leave signed everything and not get the email address to send the needed documents!? I’m a super organized person this would've been taken care of the SAME day! This is just to charge my insurance more! I wish the NYPD didn’t use them, I would have used someone else!
