Castellana Auto Body

This was my first experience with Castellana Auto Body and it was a great experience dealing with the owner Johnny and his assistant Andrew. Both were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful as well as their team. As you can see I had a from end collision recently the end of this past September and it was fixed early October. I received other estimates and they had the best price. Johnny and Andrew were very easy to work with no attitude as I experienced with other Auto Shops. Both are very honest and trustworthy which helped me to relax during this experience. Thanks guys for the great job fixing my car and making it look like a brand new car. 👍Michael

If you're looking for top-notch service and expert craftsmanship, Johnny's Auto Body Shop is the place to go! I recently had some work done on my car, and I couldn't be more impressed with the results. Johnny is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and truly cares about his customers. The quality of the repairs was outstanding, and my car looks as good as new. The shop is clean, well-organized, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I had a great experience with my car at Castellana. I started out with another body shop which was affiliated with my insurance company. Upon meeting them, I could tell their goal was to save the insurance company money. I left. A co-worker had recommended Castellana's about whom I had also read many great reviews. Castellana Auto Body exceeded all of my expectations on the work they did for my car, which included putting two new doors on the passenger side of the car. First, they listened to me--I did not want used parts and they advocated on my behalf with the insurance company. I picked the car up this week and they did a spectacular job with the body work, the paint and, the car was detailed both inside and out. It looks new. I highly recommend them for car body work--they are great to work with. They also handle everything with the insurance company and let me leave the rental car with them to be picked up by Enterprise (Enterprise was great too).

I had my car serviced today at Castellana Auto Body. Everything about my experience was exceptional. From the first phone call to the follow up estimate and then the professional work completed on my car. Refreshing to see a business owner committed to excellence. Would strongly recommend.

I have all positive feedback for Castellana auto body. I found them randomly on Google after I waited over a week for just the estimate from another local shop. I got a significantly lower price from Castellana, but beyond that, unbelievable customer service. They are very efficient in how they communicate, and the work was done so quickly and well. Also, very much appreciated the complimentary ride they gave me to/from my local place of work. I have now recommended them to friends and colleagues in the area. Definitely check them out for an estimate! Happy to give this great review!
