Had a swift and easy experience! Drove in from Indy to check out a Honda CRV and it was exactly as described. Anthony Caruso was flexible in my timing and worked with me to get a great trade in value on my car too! Would absolutely recommend!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! They will lure you in with over the phone prices and once you make an apt and check in the car. They will start increasing the price and “find” other things that has to be done! I got quoted 279$ over the phone and waited 2 weeks for an apt. Then once i got there went up to 350$, then next day the 350$ was missed quoted cuz “over the phone they are not mechanics and they don’t know, even i provided VIN”. Went up to 545$ and also they recommended another service that the grand total was 1000$ plus tax. All of this was fixed 3 days later at local mechanic with tax for 122.26$

I brought in my Cherokee last week and I’m very happy with the service I got here at Castle. They took care of my vehicle and I appreciate their work. Was in and out same day with a few repairs made. Cherokee is running well now.

Great place to take your car for service. I have bought 2 cars from them. A Dodge Durango and a Dodge journey. Have enjoyed both cars. No big problems with either car. Only normal maintenance stuff. I am enclosing a picture of my dream car if I ever win the lottery. 🤣

The service here is outstanding. I bought my jeep from here back in October. It was a seamless process. Recently, I came as a walk in because my doors were jammed and I couldn't close the back doors. The service center were able to fix it right away. Kim (or Katie) was fantastic and super helpful. They didn't even charge me. I highly recommend Castle Jeep.
