CHP had my car towed and stored by Castro Towing late Monday night. I was able to retrieve it today. The driver, Fernando, took very good care loading and transporting my car. I retrieved it in the exact same condition as it was towed away in. I stopped by the office, and the two guys in there were very kind and courteous. The office manager, Fabi, was very efficient and friendly. She released the vehicle to me very quickly. The entire transaction was very smooth and professional. I highly recommend Castro Towing!

Had a bad experience, don't know the reason being but the inability to competently do your job by answering the phone and asking simple questions is beyond me, mostly in the customer service realm of the work force. The person answering was rude by not allowing me to fully ask my questions and concerns before interrupting and telling me what she thought was the right thing to say. Think twice before calling and maybe simplify your questions to help those who answer process the information and be able to get the right answer.

Great company, great service! Castro accepted my tow call after AV tow declined via AAA. Alex showed up in record time, very professional, fast and efficient, all around good guy. I was super grateful after battling AAA for 3 hrs. I will be requesting Castro everytime I call AAA, hope you do too.
