I called at 10 AM for tow truck that didn’t show up until 5 PM. I called for an ETA as I was told a driver would come right out and hours had passed , I was then told to wait or find another tow truck driver because they only had one driver today . I got a call that the driver was outside yet no one was there , I called to let them know and ended up waiting an additional 30 minutes for the driver to show up. I was also charged an extra $25 than the price quoted because I “did too much”. I did give 2 stars because they’re decently priced but personally, I don’t think I’d utilize this company again.

The driver sent out today was the rudest one we have ever encountered. Extremely disrespectful to staff, our customer, and guests who wernt even with the customer they towed.

The little round short guy has a mouth on him. He's very disrespectful. I don't know who's working on the cars but never get your car fixed here. Everything they do will be overcharged and overpriced. They will be very disrespectful the way they talk to you. The owner is pretty cool but he lets the chub one talk to most of the customers and that little chub rude round butter ball is very disrespectful. They will mess up your car. They may fix the problem but they will mess something else up and take no responsibility. You're probably going to have to sue them and get a lawyer because they refuse to take any accountability and most likely you will not want them touching your car again anyway so you may as well go to court. So it's just a waste of tim and waste of money so never get your car repaired here. If you get it towed and that's it, it will be overpriced

Was stuck on the side of the highway with a dead car (during the eclipse even) and they made it to me in about twenty minutes. Best tow service I’ve had to call so far.

These guys honestly went above and beyond, it was down pouring rain and I had to abandon my broke down vehicle. Leaving it in a random strip of highway I wasn't sure where exactly, they had minimal Information and was able to track down my car and tow it back to me. Not to mention they was the most reasonable price I've ever had to pay for a tow. The driver was friendly and also one hell of a driver, I've never seen another truck driver pull off the wedged in angle this guy did. Five out of five stars would recommend to anyone after the effort they put forth for me.
