This shop is a scam! Farooq is dishonest man. He charge 10 times parts price, the parts cost $10 but he charge 120, which make me disappointed. They use low quality oil. I will not going anymore.

Very bad experience. Farooq is very dishonest and he made me lose trust in humanity. Took my Acura in to him for the first time because the check emissions light kept coming on after it was reset numerous times at the Acura service center. I told him not to reset it again to go ahead and change the sensors because that's what hag to be done so the warning light would stop coming on. Went to pick up my car and of course he got paid and gave me a list of things that he said was done. 1 Replace 02 sensors 2 Change cabin filter & Air filters 3 Oil change 4 Change spark plug 5 Replace something my car doesn't even have. Three days later the Check emissions light came back on, I went back and he reset it again and told me it was a glitch. I left thinking the car was ok because I trusted his words. The light came back on, now this is the third time. I went back and demanded to see what was done, this time I stayed in the shop and watched what they were doing. When the checked my car, nothing was replaced. Farooq did no repairs to my car. I demanded that everything be done or there would be problems. Farooq ordered the sensors, the filters, the spark plugs and I stood there and watched them replace everything he said he did previously. He was so embarrassed he left while the mechanics worked on my car. It took me going back twice to get the car repaired. Very dishonest and he has no shame, he just tried to fast talk me because I'm a woman and he thought he could get away with it.

They focus on getting the work done properly and efficiently. Gave extra care without charging such as topping up the car's coolant, all fluids, air pressures and even Cleaning the engine bay all while giving great hospitality. The little things go a long way. Thank you for the service.

Dishonest and overcharged. Charged my father for unnecessary work without properly diagnosing the problem. Farooq the owner is a crook. Used cheap parts at a premium price. Beware and stay away. Note he also owns the BP repair shop a few blocks up. I will be filling a complaint with BBB.
