I honestly had not been back to Yonkers Nissan in few years. And the reason was because they made a missed diagnosis on my 2011 Juke causing me to think it would be smart to trade in, and that wasn't the case. Now, I figure I'd give there service department another chance to redeem themselves only to be disappointed again. I took my Rogue in for a oil change and Inspection. I forget to mention to change 2 burned out bulbs. However, they never noted it. SMH!!! I checked the bulbs, and they were still blowned out. So this lets believe this was a rush job and no real safety inspection took place. Other things happened also, so in a scaled down rating on service, I can only give a one. And this is due to safety and my now still needing to switch out blowed bulbs myself which I was being lazy about. And just a good FYI, when paying for repairs on maintainance or repair, this service charges a 3% fee if you pay by Credit or debit Card. This is truly disgusting. So therefore my recommendation but this dealership and service department is to stay away
