I am Girl Camper and am always looking for a RV maintenance and repair facility for my Geo Pro 15TB. I have hit the jackpot in finding Central Body in Council Bluffs. The RV dealers in my area will not work on my RV as I did not purchase it at their dealership, but I still need maintenance or repair work on my Maxine. The folks at Central Body were phenomenal! From Q, who set my appointment, to Emily, my RV tech expert, to Derek, the service manage, from arrival to departure, the experience and service was out of this world amazing. I was headed back out onto the road for weeks of traveling and realized I needed to address my wheel bearings quickly. I had some delamination/wind/water damage. Derick tried his best to work with insurance even though they wouldn't work with me. We ended up settling on a customer pay option that worked for me and went that way. Best possible outcome for an unfortunate situation.

I wish I could say that they did a professional job BUT they didn’t!!! They asked me what time I wanted to pick up my RV and I said 9am the next day. When I got there the RV was not ready and items had to be finished before I could take it. Then I got home and started cleaning it and found the cover to the black tank still off which I reinstalled. They were not doing quality work that day!!! Pic below

Great service and quality work. Thanks, Derek and Tiffany for making what was a troubling experience much better. They worked well with insurance. The only thing that could be better is the cell phone service inside their building, lol. I highly recommend.

I got strung along on a quote and scheduling for a slideout repair. They eventually quoted me 16 hours labor after about a week. I shopped around and found someone who did a good job in 6 hours.
