If I could give them TEN stars I would! We were devastated when a storm almost totaled our two month old fifth wheel. They were so amazing through the entire process, dealt with insurance, kept us up to date and informed, and made us feel so much better about the whole process. Just got our fifth wheel back (better than new!) and she’s ready to hit the road!

Good people here. We are new in the camper trailer hobby and they were great at explaining what I needed to know without coming across condescending. Repairs were done professionally as well. Communication can require some patience. I have found email communication works better than phone most of the time. Be aware - payment by credit card incurs a fee.

They helped us work with the insurance, we were satisfied and are thankful for their assistance. From the first day we walked in with our RV, we were treated with respect and willing to assist. The team at Central Body did a great job and after an accident, working with them was a great experience. They absolutely SAID what they would do and they DID it. Austin worked hard on my behalf with the insurance company to get the job done RIGHT. He also kept me informed as the work progressed. The final result is our 2019 Newmar Dutchstar 4369 (hit by a semi in the front) looks and works as good as new. Attached are pictures of the damage, during repair, and final result. Central Body Shop is a great place to do business with. Our Jayco Grey Hawk class C motorhome had a tire blow out and it did some damage under neath the rig on our trip from GA to NE. We had a great experience at Central Body Shop dealing with Brittani Gulp and her staff. They had a cut -off date to have all repairs done and they were completed 10 days early. The main hold up was getting parts from the manufacturer. We got all the repairs done from the tire blow out and while we had the rig in for service, we decided to get some other improvements done. They helped us get a whole new set of tires installed and balanced and shuttled our rig to get this done for us. They gave us accurate cost estimates for the repairs all along the way and followed up to be sure the parts were being shipping timely. They let us come out and inspect all that was being done and let us pay as we went along as the work was completed. They let us inspect all that was done on the rig before the final payment. We appreciate their dedication to quality work. We hope we won't need major body work but we have some other improvements we want to make down the line so we will definitely take our rig back.
