Exceptional customer service, I had a compustar remote start system installed, yes the pricing was very competitive but it's not what got me there and why I am writing this review - the customer service and quality of work is exceptional, after reading some reviews here that date many years back and some people recommending on fb, I called in and the way all was explained what's available what the functions of the systems are and how they work - it's was clear imidiately this is the best shop on long island to get the remote start for my car installed, we booked a drop off appointment and picked it up exactly as Rich said we would, even thous it was right at closing time - I was explained all without any rushing. Shortly after leaving I realized they also fixed some settings on my dash camera so now it works again - I am very happy so far to say the least and will be getting a custom stereo and back up camera for my commercial work truck soon.

Family members referred me to Central site and sound, and since then I’ve had several cars serviced by them. I thought I was having an issue with my remote start that I had purchased there last year. Chris scheduled an appointment within days. He told me evaluation was covered on the warranty. I dealt with Chris and Rich and they were both professional courteous and very, very helpful. After spending time testing my car it turned out to be something totally unrelated. I needed to take car to my car mechanic. Even after the evaluation that I’m sure took a couple of hours I was not charged for the evaluation. I would recommend this company and give them 5 star eating! Thank you rich and Chris

I had a great experience with Central Sight and Sound. I highly recommend them. I was looking to upgrade my audio system in my 2018 Silverado. Chris was very knowledgeable and patient as he walked me through the many options and made some great recommendations. In the end, I went with a complete Alpine R-Series system with the Halo11 head unit. I have had the car back for about a month now. It sounds amazing and I couldn't be happier with the professional installation by Mike and the guys. Maybe some new lighting next? If so, I'll be going to Central Sight and Sound.

The best service in Long Island they first installed my remote starter for the car years ago. I love it so decided to get the drone mobile it is working awesome. I recommend Chris and Rich Lupo because they are very friendly and helpful

Went there to get a remote start. The owner and the staff were friendly. Got exactly what I wanted for a good price. They didn't try to pressure me into anything extra. After it was installed, the tech went over everything with me. Told me if I had any questions to just call. All that work is guaranteed. Everything. Went great.
