Central Valley Auto Repair

Brought my 2010 Escalade to Mr. Muhammad yesterday for a power steering leak. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and was able to get me a quote of repair cost of $610 within an hour. I told him to proceed with repairs. An hour later he notified me he was able to fix the problem by replacing a small gasket. Mr. Muhammad then proceeded to explain he was not going to charge me for the fix because of how small the cost was for him, he instead just charged me for an oil change which he completed! This shop is as honest as it gets! It’s very nice to see there are still honest mechanics in this world that aren’t trying to rip people off on a daily basis. This shop was quick, efficient and most importantly HONEST!

I have to begin with I hate going to mechanics I always feel like I'm going to be cheated and robbed. Well that has all changed for me today!!! I recently found an honest and good mechanic shop Called Central Valley Auto repair. Mr. Muhammad is a very nice man and made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. I have been hearing and feeling a grinding noise on the right side of my Ford explorer truck for a while. I kept postponing to get it fixed due to not knowing any shops i felt i could trust. I started looking online for the best shops near me. I came across Central Valley Auto Repair. I took my car there and spoke with Mr. Muhammad, he said I would have to leave the truck and he will inspect and give me a call. He call me back shortly with a great quote for the parts and labor so told him to proceed with the repairs. A few minutes later he called me again and stated there was more issues that needed to be addressed with the repairs. The quote for the additional parts and labor was also great and fair. When I went to pick up the truck Mr. Muhammad informed me the truck was repaired and better than when I brought it in and if anything is wrong with his work to bring it back and he will fix it. As I drove the car home I kept thinking to myself this car is riding amazing feels like it was new. Before I reached home I got another call from Mr. Muhammad asking how was the car riding. Now that's what I call customer service. I told him I'm not taking my truck anywhere else for repairs. Central Valley Auto Repair has a customer for life! Mr. Muhammad is the Best!!!

I’ve bought my car to Mohammed for years. Never have i had an issue once my car repairs where completed. He’s honest, friendly, and his prices are reasonably fair. The best mechanic in Valley Stream my BMW X5 runs like brand new. Great customer service and workmanship! Thanks Mo
