Cerritos Auto Square

I recently purchased a Genesis from Cerritos Auto Square, and I had an outstanding experience. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was top-notch. Bill, my sales representative, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions, provided detailed information about the vehicle, and made sure I felt confident in my decision (without ever being pushy). The entire process was smooth and stress-free, which made my car-buying experience truly enjoyable. I highly recommend Cerritos Auto Square to anyone looking for a great selection of vehicles and excellent customer service. If you’re in the market for a car, ask for Bill -he’s fantastic!

I bought my last vehicle from the Chevrolet dealership in the Cerritos Auto Square. I would highly recommend it. The dealerships there are so big, it seems like they sell more cars and operate on a higher level. I had a good experience with the salesperson, Leah. The only downside was the process took a bit of a long time.

I had been actively trying to buy a car for the past few months, and the hassle of driving around, getting quotes, and dealing with all the different sales people was starting to get to me. I knew the kind of car I wanted but I wanted to make sure I was getting a good deal. I saw an ad for the auto square's free concierge service, and gave them a call. The guy I talked to had info about different brands and different options, but the big thing was he set me up with the dealerships. I was skeptical at first, but he scheduled appointments for me and made it easy to test drive all the models I was looking at. It was pretty cool, for once I had the power, any time I felt pressure to buy, I reminded them about my schedule and I was on to my next appointment. By the end of it I knew which car I wanted. I reached out to my guy at the concierge, he connected me with the owner at the Honda dealership, and I got a great deal! I don't know why all dealerships aren't doing this, but I'll definitely be using them again.

I recently visited Toyota of Cerritos to address a concerning issue with my Toyota Crown. My vehicle has been making abnormal noises when turning the steering wheel, whether moving forward or in reverse, as well as a popping sound after the car has been sitting for long periods when placed in reverse and the wheel is turned. Previously, another dealership had acknowledged and duplicated the sound but dismissed it as “normal.” At Toyota of Cerritos, I was informed that they could not duplicate the popping sound. However, they did identify a noise coming from the rack-and-pinion area when turning at slow speeds. Despite this, I was again told the noise is “normal” and is inherent to all Toyota Crowns. This explanation feels like a dismissal rather than a thorough investigation. The noise may not be excessively loud, but it is both audible (even with windows closed) and tactile through the steering wheel. I don’t believe a car valued at over $60,000 should exhibit such issues, let alone have them labeled as “normal.” It seems this dealership is relying on prior notes from other locations and avoiding deeper inspection of the problem itself. Customer service also left much to be desired. The service representatives lacked the professionalism and expertise I expect when addressing such concerns. There was no proactive effort to reassure me or provide a premium customer experience, which is disappointing for a dealership representing a reputable brand like Toyota. I cannot recommend Toyota of Cerritos based on this experience. If you’re seeking a dealership that takes customer safety and satisfaction seriously, you may want to look elsewhere. I just got home and tested the car for the sounds and it makes the sound every time I reverse still, it makes no sense that they can’t duplicate it or if it’s normal. Lastly, don’t trust their advertisements on shuttle service. It’s short distance only and only one way which is ridiculous. This means they will take you home, if you live down the street but they won’t pick you up to pick up your car. It’s absurd. Stay away from Toyota Cerritos AutoNation.

I'm glad Keenen answered the phone when I called. I could tell right away he would be relatable, and I was right. Took my uncle with me, and he felt the same. Keenen directed us to the certified cars, didn't try to oversell us, and made sure we got the best deal for my now new car. J, Dara, Joe, and Tiny were all great, and I even got to unexpectedly take it home the same day!
