So many thanks for getting me back on the road, BY PHONE! I had called a dealer and a friend and a shop, and it wasn't until Certified answered that I got my answer. I was looking at an all-day ordeal to get a tow from the desert oasis rest area due to my car arming its alarm and not willing to recognize my authority.
