They were really nice and responsive. I was a little worried at first about the hours but they have a drop off and pick up system so if you work during their hours you can still get everything done. I also liked that they have a text option so I don’t have to constantly check my emails.

They treat your car as if it were their own. Great work….. reasonable prices. Unlike a lot of other service shops they don’t look to add unnecessary repairs. Honest and dependable! I highly recommend.

We were quoted over $700 to replace horn module on 2016 Ford Explorer and charged $98.98 for the evaluation. We were told the horn module was located behind the front bumper and the labor would be over $400. (I assume the extra $300 was for the horn module part.) I bought the OEM Ford horn module from Advance Auto for $62.25 total. The horn module is located behind the hood latch not behind the front bumper on this vehicle. It took me about 15 minutes and one 10mm wrench to remove the old horn and install the new one. Also the horn relay had been removed and replaced into the wrong socket. I moved it back to correct location. Horn works perfectly now. I highly recommend getting a second opinion detailing what repairs are needed and what they will actually cost. Certified Auto had just about everything wrong on this repair estimate.

This is the best customer service I’ve received from any mechanic I’ve taken my car to! Joel was extremely communicative throughout the whole process, and even sent me a YouTube video that explained what was going wrong with my engine so that I could understand the work they needed to do. I’d been having issues with oil leaks for years, and Certified Automotive diagnosed WHY that kept happening to fix the real issue, not just the leaks that kept appearing. Time will tell how well that remedies the issue long term; but this is the only place that took the time to look deeper at what was causing my issue. As a customer, I felt very taken care of and trusted that my car was being well taken care of. I’m so glad I found Certified Automotive; highly recommend!!
