The mechanics that worked on our car are very talented!!! I have been able to diagnose problems before they become major, and are willing to do all the work necessary to correct them put always communicating with me so I could make the decisions on how much work I could afford. I greatly appreciate the staff and the management!

Took my smart car in for a gas leak. With an appointment a couple weeks out, I was able to get a diagnosis and a price point within 15 minutes. They were able to get the part in and fix it within 3 days. And I payed $1 and some cents over the initial estimate. I had another gas issue that required an impromptu tow and drop off. After a week they were able to get it fixed no charge. They even put some gas in the car that was over half my tank. They were wonderful to work with. And they will be my first choice and recommendation for any car problems! Cons: They're busy because I am not the only one who likes them. They weren't able to give me an estimated time for my impromptu gas issue. But the fact that it had an understandable turn around time and was not charged, was worth the wait.

Kurt is a honest person. No BS. I trust my car to Kurt. These dealers up sell like crazy make you spend 1000s for nothing. Dishonest they are… Kurt is A1. Let me tell you…. No better is a better technician than these guys. A1!!!! took my car back for maintainance and as always honest... stand by their work… adding to this review they are A plus. I hope Kurt will be around to pass on his expertise to everyone in the shop

I am extremely pleased with my experience at Certified Import Repairs with Kirk and his team. They surpassed my expectations in fixing my car. Their approach is straightforward, honest, fast, and reliable. My car broke down at 1:30 pm on the side of the road, and Kirk had me back up and running by 4:30. The car runs better than ever, and they even addressed a rattling sound that I couldn't figure out its origin!

Honest and reliable. He has done work for me twice now and both times done a great job first time! I have had trouble in the past with overheating and since he fixed it there has been no problems at all. I finally feel comfortable not having to look down at my cooling gage to be sure its not getting to hot! Thank you Kurt he is for sure my mechanic to go to!
