Matt, Ben, and the entire team were great to work with. The were friendly and knowledgeable. I thought I had a serious issue with my transmission and it turned out it just needed some maintenance. I can not recommend these folks enough if you need any transmission work done!

If I could give them more stars I would. Took my Pontiac grand prix GXP in to be diagnosed and because the transmission was not the problem and they would not be able to do anything further, they did not charge me anything. GREAT customer service and knowledgeable techs with great advice and tips!!!

Ben was awesome to deal with, they were very quick with getting my Tahoe in and done, I had it back in 3 days! The service is exceptional and they thoroughly explained the items they did, made sure I understood each item on the invoice, and gave me the rundown of the repair. Their quote was spot on. If you need transmission work done, call them, talk to Ben. Amazing experience for a really crappy event with my Tahoe.

My car didn’t have a standard transmission issue, but they kept at it until They found the problem. All the while they kept me Informed of the progress and the cost. Ben was terrific to work with. I would definitely recommend certified transmissions on Emmett Street.

Had a great experience working with Ben from Certified Transmission. Very straightforward and gave me all the information and options available. Very accommodating and understanding of my particular situation. Although I decided not to repair my old pickup, the process of getting it towed and the analysis of the problem was very efficient and comprehensive making it easy for me to understand.
