I took my car into Certified Transmission after a recurring issue was getting worse on my road trip. Not only did they get me in on the same day, but their services were quick. I had asked if my car could be done the same day so I could continue my drive and they were able to do so. The folks here are knowledgeable and I had a great experience. They made me feel at ease to drive another 1,000 miles for my road trip and feel confident with the work done on my car!

These guys went to bat with my warranty service to be sure that the outcome was the best possible one for me, and stuck to their guns about doing the best thing for me as the customer even when the warranty service wanted to put a band-aid on the problem as a cost saving measure. I really appreciated that. They kept me informed through the whole process and made sure I was looped in on any decisions needing to be made. I felt very much respected and considered with these guys and wouldn't hesitate to bring my car in to them for anything transmission related in the future.

Was referred to certified transmission via havers. Amazing work on my car. Called and they were able to get me in the next morning. Took about a day. They fixed my neutral switch and took out the gross transmission fluid. Total came out at about $1,200. Very reasonable. 10/10 would go again if my car needs service

A different mechanic quoted me for a front differential replacement on my 2010 Subaru Forester for $5,000-$8,000, essentially a death sentence for it. I took it to CT for a second opinion and it wasn't the front differential at all, just the wheel bearings. They saved me at least $3000, or having to buy a new car altogether. It seems CT is knowledgeable about Subarus too, which can be hard to come by. They are communicative and transparent. Highly recommended.
