Very bad customer service. Drove way out of our way to get there at closing time to get 3 parts. We arrived at 530pm and they closed the door in our faces. The parts were at will call because we had told the manager that we would be there just on time. I tried calling 10 min before closing to pay with a card and they could leave the items outside the door. They never answered. I was on hold. The manager walked right in front of us and waved. Nice!! We live 3 hours away and he knows that. Was a customer here probably not going back to this location!!

Don’t use these guys if you can avoid them last Friday they sent me a hood for a jeep grand Cherokee, when I ordered one for a compass Cherokee. they said in had to wait till Tuesday . Tuesday came and went no show today early they said it was in the truck for delivery I called now where’s my hood “oh I don’t know what happened it was out for delivery the guys went home “ and that’s it no new time line nothing oh and they wanted me to buy the new hood and they would issue me a check for the other hood . I cancel everything they suck

Rude over phone gave them the part number and vin for vehicle sold me wrong one then said it's my fault and they will only give me store credit and magically the right bumper is triple the price of the one they sold me
