Got a quote on 12/30/2024 for damage to my rear bumper on a newer car with 2k miles (freezing rain, parked car slid into my parked car). The gentlemen who provided my quote seemed busy and a bit standoffish considering I had an appt at noon. I know its during the holidays and we all have bad days, but I dont feel comfortable leaving my car here after this experience. Note this was a bad experience having interacted with a single employee. The recommendation was to repaint due to some of the damage going all the way through the clear coat ($1,000 which actually isnt a bad price to strip and repaint a bumper IMO!). Went to Serra Superior Collision in Brighton, where they buffed the scratch for free and recommended to NOT repaint. 85+% of the damage was gone with a 3 step (compound, polish ect). The damage no longer noticeable unless your eyes are 1ft away in the right light, however there is still technically some clear coat damage. Slapped a coat of Meguiar's wax on and its pretty much completely gone to my meticulous eye. I will attach a picture of the damage before and after it was buffed by the competitor. TLDR: This place probably does good work, I just got a bad feeling and took my business elsewhere, didn't end up having to repaint in my situation.

I had a large dent on the side of my pick up box going from the top of box all the down to the wheel well--going across three feature lines. My truck is red. I am absolutely amazed that my truck looks like new with no visible trace of a dent! The paint repair was perfect! The guys that did the metal work and the painting are top-notch....I hope I never need them again, but if I do, I'll be back! Easy transaction and professional office staff too! Highly recommended.

Dennis & Adam are very polite and professional, have worked with them many times and always get the same great service! They always go above and beyond to make sure I am taken care of, and in a timely manner. They are very responsive and thorough. Good customer service is almost impossible to find these days and these guys knock it out of the park!
